The House of Grace has been ACET Thailand's major project in recent years.  A purpose-built orphanage now houses nearly 60 children and further extension to the premises, including a sports hall, are underway .  In addition, there is a programme of outreach through schools and churches, providing education about HIV and care for families affected by the disease.
