ACET  Kyrgyzstan, led by Kostya, a trained youth pastor working in partnership with local organisation "SUYUU-BULAGY", is combating a rapid rise in HIV infections, mainly contracted through drug abuse.  Working through local churches, ACET has a rapidly growing programme in response.

ACET provides training to church leaders and education in schools through church based volunteers.  In addition, 'AIDS and You', available in Russian, is widely distributed along with other training materials in local languages.
